Ha Long Bay
HaLong Bay is in Quang Ninh province, Viet Nam, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the north-west pacific ocean.  Halong Bay was recognized by UNESCO as
world heritage since 1994 includes some 1,600 islands and islets, forming a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars. Most of the islands are
uninhabited and unaffected by a human presence. HaLong Bay has always been attractive for the visitors with its islands, caves and grottoes like
Thien Cung, Dau Go, Trinh Nu. It reveals a world of legends and mystery.
A natural stone steps help tourists to enter Thien Cung grotto. A lavish beauty lime stone cave just discover recently by the fisherman follow a herd of
monkeys to avoid a hurricane. Today, HaLong Bay still remains a mysterious world of secrets and legends.








Tuan Chau Island
A new 8 km road from Halong Bay city to Tuan Chau. The island covers an area of 4 km2 with beautiful scenery views of Halong Bay, beaches and
resort. A nice viet guest house is on the top of the hill, hiding under the trees with beautiful beaches view for taking pictures. Sand beaches are located
in walking distance for bathing or relax under the shadow of coconut trees.
Van Don Island
Van Don Island is 50km from Halong City. It is in fact an archipelago comprising 600 islets and covering an area of 584km2. The main two islets are
Van Hai and Cai Bau islets.
Cai Rong Town, the major town of Van Don Island, was one of the first prosperous commercial ports under the Ly and Tran dynasties. In the recent
years, Van Don has experienced great changes in its economy. Though it is located a bit far away from Halong City, big restaurants have been
opening and Van Don receives a great number of visitors. The wharf is lively crowded with ships and fishing boats. Every year, ships catch hundreds of
tons of fish, which assures the inhabitant significant revenues and a comfortable life.
Van Don also offers an interesting tourism potential with lovely sandy beaches like Ngoc Vung and other small beaches with blue clear water. Van
Don is now studying investment projects from the government and foreign partners to develop tourism and the exploitation of sea products
Cat Ba island
Cat Ba Island is an archipelago comprising 366 small and big islands. There are numerous lakes, waterfalls, grottoes, sandy beaches and offshore
coral reefs. Cat Ba’s offshore waters are heavily populated by fish, mollusks, arthropods, seals and dolphins. Cat Ba National Park is home to many
kinds of animals such as monkeys, boars, deer, squirrels and hedgehogs. Most residents in Cat Ba Island earn their living mainly from the sea. Cat
Ba island can be reached either from Haiphong or Halong by boat.
